Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or products that appear to be used or tampered with. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out – some flexibility may be offered in certain situations.

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first at service@soverypuresupplements.com or through the Contact Us page on our website. We’ll provide you with the correct return address and full return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or rejected.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will go through a full inspection to confirm that it meets all return criteria.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for this inspection and approval process to be completed.

  • After approval, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by So Very Pure Supplements and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only and do not cover original shipping charges or return shipping costs.

  • In certain cases, a restocking and/or administrative fee may be deducted from the refund total.

  • Refunds are typically processed the same day your return is approved, but please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the posting of funds.


Important Return Requirements

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • You must use a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

  • You must provide us with the tracking number once your return has shipped – this allows us to correctly locate and confirm your return.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.

  • If the returned item does not meet eligibility criteria (e.g., it’s opened, damaged, or not what was approved for return), a refund will not be issued.
